If there is no one available to receive your order the goods will be taken to your nearest Royal Mail Sorting Office where you can pick them up or request a free redelivery.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know. All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday - Friday.
